This Privacy Policy describes how Inko Cat ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use Inko Cat. Throughout this Privacy Policy, “Inko Cat” will be referred to the main website. By using Inko Cat, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

• Google Calendar: When you connect your Google Calendar account with Inko Cat, we may collect the following information:
  • Your Google Calendar events and related data.
  • Note: In terms of past calendar events, we only collect the events from the past two months (not all of the user’s past events) counting from the day the user connects with Google Calendar on Inko Cat.
• Your Journal Entries: Your journal entries are private. This means that when you use Inko Cat to create a journal, none of the entries in that journal are made publicly viewable on the Internet. Entries are not accessible to other Inko Cat users.

1.2. Information We Collect Automatically

• We may also collect certain information automatically, including but not limited to:
  • Device information (e.g., IP address, browser type).
  • Usage information (e.g., pages visited, interactions within Inko Cat).
  • Google Calendar events and related data

1.3 Information We Collect from Other Sources

• Third Party Account Information: When you connect an account from another service we typically get some basic information about your account with them. For example, when you connect Inko Cat to your Google account in order to log in, we may access certain user data such as your name, user ID, email, etc. to provide our Services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected for the following purposes:

• To provide you with access to your Google Calendar events within Inko Cat to help you plan tasks accordingly.
• To improve and enhance the functionality of Inko Cat.
• To communicate with you regarding updates, new features, or changes to our services.

• Disclosure for Law Enforcement: Under certain circumstances, we may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

• Limit/Update the Information You Provide
  • You can review, change, and/or delete certain of your personal information by logging into Inko Cat.
  • You can stop Inko Cat from automatically collect new Google Calendar events under “Customize.”
• Opt out of marketing communications: You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from us. Just follow the instructions in those communications, leave the Discord server, or let us know. If you opt out of promotional communications, we may still send you other communications, like those about your account and legal notices.

Amplitude Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Amplitude that tracks and reports website traffic. Amplitude uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of Inko Cat.
